Ok apparently theres no confirmation on Kizuna Akari's relationship to Yukari, but theyre from the same company, and have that same tagline theme and the same designer i think

she has a vocaloid vb in development, and her voiceroid2 is releasing on December 22nd. so she is going to share an anniversary with yukari!
